The Wharton Women Business Conference, sponsored by Ernst & Young, is our largest event of the spring semester where students gather to hear inspiring addresses from our keynote speakers, learn from the interaction between panelists and network amongst one another.
Annual Dinner
Dressing for Success
Dressing for Success is both an educational and philanthropic event. First, a keynote speaker educates our members about appropriate business attire for various settings, such as a job interview, a business dinner, or a cocktail hour. During the second part of the event, there is an auction full of designer items where the profits go to a charity of Wharton Women's choice.
Dollar Diva Conference
Dollar Diva is a full-day financial seminar for local high school girls that teaches the basic facts and responsibilities of managing money.
Freshman Buddies Program
Freshmen Buddies is a year-long mentoring program designed to help incoming freshmen students better transition into Wharton and the greater university community.

During Homecoming week, Wharton Women celebrated their legacy at the University of Pennsylvania with both current students and alumnae at a cocktail reception in Houston Hall's Hall of Flags.

Exclusive Dinner with Cynthia Trudell
Wharton Women members enjoyed the company and conversation of Cynthia Trudell, VP of Pepsi, at an informal dinner event hosted at the White Dog Cafe. Ms. Trudell gave members incredible insight on her beginnings as an engineer and her transition to a top management position. Attendees were also excited to hear Ms. Trudell discuss PepsiCo's new health-forward and sustainable business practices.
